Working time and holiday
The Working time and holiday module provides a solution for permanent work time scheduling. The system fully supports compliance with the Labor Code’s rules in the form of itemized checks, which can be set to a user’s warning or denial level.
Working time can be created individually, when creating a position, or by grouping with selecting an unlimited number of employees. This allows to create similar schedules for many or create completely unique work schedules for everyone.
If you have an access control system, you can transfer the time data from that interface to the system.
Thanks to automatic email notifications, you are always aware of new needs, and employees are also given feedback on the holidays you are considering.
In plan and fact working time views, the system can run validations, which, if they detect an error, will tell you exactly what the user needs to change.
The actual time data can be manually entered in the hrMaster software, modified.
